Abstract:
厚壁管道火力发电机组的关键核心部件。由于长期高温运行,厚壁管道容易产生材料蠕变、蜕化及应力松弛,进而形成热疲劳损伤、裂纹和腐蚀,极易导致管体轴向爆裂泄漏等严重事故。提出一种时间反转周向导波聚焦方法,用于厚壁管道缺陷检测。利用多通道周向导波信号聚焦特性,显著提高缺陷回波信号的幅值;并根据聚焦的时间信息实现了缺陷的周向定位。
