Abstract:
采用射频磁控溅射技术,利用Zn靶,在玻璃衬底上制备ZnO薄膜.通过X射线衍射(XRD)仪、傅立叶红外光谱仪、紫外-可见光分光光度计UV-3600对ZnO薄膜进行表征,分析氧气流量对氧化锌薄膜的影响.结果表明:氧气流量其对氧化锌薄膜的结构影响显著.随着氧气流量的增加,氧化锌薄膜的结晶性逐渐变好且其中的缺陷减少.
