Abstract:
根据混合工质优势互补的原理,提出R32与R123的二元非共沸混合制冷剂.基于Matlab计算平台,并调用NIST开发的Refprop物性参数编制了混合工质计算程序,对5种不同工况的单级循环性能进行了计算.结果显示,在工况2和4下,R123中添加R32质量分数5~7%,系统制冷COP相比纯R123提高38.08%~52.94%,系统的压力提高显著;在工况5下,当R32中添加R123质量分数10%时,系统的COP相比纯R32可提高6.4%,排气温度降低3.2℃,混合GWP值相比R32降低8.22%.
