Abstract:
本文实现了一台单频纳秒脉冲全光纤放大激光器.首先利用函数发生器和声光调制器(AOM)对中心波长为1064nm的单频激光器进行调制,得到了脉宽为10ns、重复频率分别为5kHz和10kHz的脉冲激光,然后利用全光纤MOPA结构对脉冲种子激光进行三级放大,在主放大级当泵浦功率为63.9W时,在重复频率为5kHz 和10kHz下,分别得到了平均输出功率为47.55W和46.12 W、单脉冲能量为9.5mJ和4.6mJ的纳秒激光输出,其对应的峰值功率分别达到950kW和460kW.
