Abstract：
医用矩形消毒柜由内板、外板以及作为支撑筋的槽钢焊接而成。焊缝型式包含多层对接焊、T型焊以及搭接焊。为了便于研究焊接完成后残余应力的分布与大小，本文使用有限元软件SYSWELD对矩形柜进行数值模拟，预测焊接残余应力并与实验测量数据对比。
