Abstract:
采用齿轮单面啮合测量原理,研制出面齿轮传动误差测量仪.仪器采用立卧相结合的结构,主要由基座、精密密珠轴系、光栅测量系统、测控单元构成,解决了正交及偏置齿轮副的装夹、定位及调整问题:采用时钟脉冲细分计数方法采集传动误差数据,提高了测量精度;开发了面齿轮传动误差测控软件,实现了齿轮副传动误差及面齿轮切向综合偏差、齿距偏差、偏心等测量,并具有齿轮误差分析功能,能满足5级精度的面齿轮质量检测要求.
