Abstract：
本文对2013年10月31日台湾花莲县6.7级地震中期预测过程进行了总结性分析，并指出从长期干旱的中期异常背景，到大量的降雨(甚至“引逗”台风过境)，致使旱区瓦解，构成一系列的气象前兆异常;这是一个从旱到震的必然过程。
