Abstract:
以花生壳为原料,利用氯化锌活化法制备活性炭,用于吸附次甲基蓝模拟染料废水的研究.本实验考察了振荡时间、次甲基蓝初始浓度、花生壳活性炭投加量对染料废水吸附量及去除率的影响.结果表明,随着振荡时间的增加,去除率和吸附量都随之增大,在60 min时,基本达到平衡,此时去除率和吸附量分别为99.45%和494.31 mg/g;当次甲基蓝初始浓度为1000 mg/L,活性炭投加量为0.05 g时,吸附量为729.73 mg/g;当活性炭投加量为0.12g,次甲基蓝初始浓度为500 mg/L时,去除率达100%.本研究制备出的花生壳活性炭对次甲基蓝染料废水具有很好的吸附效果.
