Abstract:
采用间断供应反应气体的方法改变CVD钨管显微组织形貌,重点研究了显微组织的变化对钨沉积层硬度、抗拉强度、压溃强度和断口裂纹扩展等力学性能的影响。结果表明:采用间断供应反应气体方法可以改变沉积层组织形态,钨沉积层随周期沉积时间的缩短,硬度值略微下降,整体及表面残余应力不断减小,抗拉及压溃强度变化不大,钨管在压溃过程中呈现多次脆断现象;间断沉积方法能够阻碍钨管断口裂纹的深入扩展,使裂纹扩展方向发生改变。
