Abstract:
本文探讨了液压旋扣机在模拟工作状态下的扭矩标定方法。应用电测法,在实验轴三个位置(3点、12点、9点)贴三向应变花,通过连续加载扭矩并分段采集应变值,利用力学原理求出单纯的扭转剪应力进而得到实际扭矩,最终给出实际扭矩与显示值的数学关系及修正系数。
