Abstract：
随着城市化率的提高和经济的发展，我国的建筑能耗持续增长，建筑节能的趋势已经越来越明显。文章全方位阐述了分项计量的背景、意义、政策和主要工作内容，最后对建筑能耗分析系统的作用进行了总结。
