Abstract:
采用新颖的准气相反应法制备出新型多孔ZrO2、ZrO2(Y2O3)、Al2O3、SnO2球形粉末。通过对产物表征表明:目前制备的上述氧化物粉末颗粒平均粒径Doxides<3μm,颗粒球形度好,球表面光滑。球形颗粒有三种显微结构:均匀多孔结构,核心疏松、外层致密多孔结构,和空心多孔结构。煅烧后多孔氧化物球形粉末的比表面积分别为,c-ZrO2(700℃):~31.0m2/g,t-ZrO2(Y2O3)(600℃):~34.9m2/g,α-Al2O3(1200℃):~170m2/g。
