Abstract:
在部分高校,大学物理实验的教师队伍不合理的岗位构成和学术待遇,压制了具有丰富经验的专职实验技术人员的工作热情,直接影响了实验教学质量.合理的岗位构成和全面提高实验室教师队伍素质,将有助于大幅提高实验教学水平.
