Abstract：
19世纪后期到20世纪中期是美国具有关键意义的转折时期,在经济迅速发展的同时,也出现了贫富差距悬殊、秩序紊乱等社会危机,但美国在这个阶段以＂进步运动＂和＂新政＂为代表进行改革运动,反垄断、保福利成为美国推动社会建设与发展、促进社会和谐的重要经验。
