Abstract:
<正>本文采用真空烧结、N_2保护无压烧结、放电等离子烧结等方法对AlN粉末进行烧结,研究了烧结方法对粉体烧结行为、产物物相组成、微观形貌及热导率的影响。结果表明:真空烧结会降低AlN材料的分解温度,使其在较低的温度下即发生脱氮分解,无法实现其致密化;而通过N_2保护无压烧结和放电等离子
