Abstract:
采用熔体快淬法制备了Nd_2Fe_(14)B/α-Fe双相复合纳米晶薄带。研究了快淬辊速对薄带晶体结构的影响。X射线衍射结果表明,薄带中存在着垂直于带面的硬磁相Nd_2Fe_(14)B的C轴晶体织构,而且自由面的织构程度强于贴辊面。随着辊速的增加,薄带的饱和磁化强度逐渐减小,而矫顽力和剩磁则逐渐增大。而表征磁各向异性的剩磁比也逐渐增大,与XRD结果相一致。
