Abstract:

分别采用物理气相沉积和快淬—氢爆工艺制备了Dy纳米颗粒和主相Nd_2Fe_(14)B磁性粉末,研究了Dy纳米颗粒掺杂对烧结NdFeB永磁磁性能的影响。同时,对比制备了Dy_2O_3微米颗粒掺杂烧结NdFeB磁体。结果表明,随着Dy纳米颗粒添加量的增加,磁体的矫顽力逐渐升高,剩磁和磁能积则呈下降趋势。与掺杂1%Dy纳米颗粒磁体相比,1%Dy_2O_3微米颗粒掺杂磁体的剩磁、最大磁能积略低,而矫顽力略高。
