Abstract:
局部法预测点焊试样的疲劳寿命时,不考虑焊接所引起的焊点处材料性能的变化,且多将焊核边缘假设为半圆形缺口,而实际裂纹萌生位置距焊核边缘的距离远大于此缺口的半径。本文将两板接触面处看成一个斜面缺口,并考虑了焊点边缘处的硬度分布,对试样进行了循环弹塑性有限元分析。根据有限元所得到的缺口处应力应变结果,使用Morrow修正的Manson-Coffin方程及Smith-Watson-Topper损伤公式分别估算了焊点周围沿受力方向不同位置单元节点处的裂纹萌生寿命。
