Abstract:
血栓性疾病大多数发生在血管分叉和弯曲的位置附近,其形成机制和原因比较复杂。临床观测表明动脉疾病的发病机制和病变发展与血流动力学特征(如流场分布、壁面剪应力等)密切相关。本文采用计算流体力学的方法,从血流动力学角度研究了T型血管分叉处血液流动的改变对血栓形成的影响。
