Abstract：
新农村建设刻不容缓,农村环境是建设中的一个重要组成部分,农村环境问题是关系全国人民能否快速达到小康水平的关键。本文从水、气、土壤三方面对农村的环境现状加以分析,针对所存在的相关环境问题,提出了相应的环境污染防治措施及相关规划建议,以促进农业经济、环境和社会的协调稳定健康发展,建设好21世纪现代化的新农村。
