Abstract：
采用图像处理技术对视频中的运动目标进行运动检测、跟踪以及计数一直以来都是智能监控、智能视觉研究方面的的热点。本文从预处理的算法、目标检测与跟踪关键技术等方面来综述智能监控的研究进展以及有待解决的问题。
