Abstract：
以北京西单北大街沿线改造为例,从街区科学合理的定位、特色内容的培育、切合实际的改造、区域容量的控制、商业环境的优化五个方面,论述了传统商业街区更新改造与商业氛围保有和提升的关系与措施。
