Abstract:
采用2000W Nd:YAG 激光器焊接壁厚1.1mm 的黄铜与壁厚1.5mm 的紫铜搭接接头管材。研究结果表明:黄铜由于富含低熔沸点合金元素锌,易于实现激光深熔焊接,其深熔阈值低于铝合金。虽然紫铜对 YAG 激光的反射率极高,激光焊接困难,但是采用黄铜在上的搭接接头形式,激光束却深入到紫铜基体内部实现了深熔焊接。在合适的工艺参数下,可以得到成形良好的焊接接头。
