Abstract:
以金属硝酸盐为起始原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了 Ag_xCa_(3-x)Co_4O_9(x=0.1~0.6)复合氧化物粉末, SPS 烧结了其块体,研究了 Ag~+掺杂量对系统物相组成及电性能的影响。结果表明,在本实验范围内随着 Ag~+ 掺杂量的增加,出现了单质 Ag 和 Co_3O_4,与此伴随的是块体各温度点电阻率和 Seebeck 系数的降低。当 x= 0.6时,100℃时的电阻率达到最低值1.7×10~(-5)Ω·m,且块体导电特性由半导体转变为金属。当 x=0.3,SPS 烧结时间2h 时功率因子达7.612×10~(-4)W·m~(-1)·K~(-2).
