Abstract:
本文应用Biot固结理论研究了椎体-椎间盘流固耦合性能问题。建立了椎体-椎间盘轴对称模型,进行了有限元数值分析。研究表明:在多孔介质饱和、线弹性及各向同性假设条件下,椎间盘中心作用集中力时,椎体-椎间盘内压力由作用点处向四周递减,固体骨架位移与隙间流体压力随载荷增大而增大,渗透率对椎体-椎间盘流固耦合性能影响不可忽视。
