Abstract:
采用连续管线成型及填料技术制备了SiC掺杂的MgB2/Nb/Cu/不锈钢三层复合超导线材。经不同热处理温度和时间的真空退火,发现830℃保温15min是优化的工艺。采用XRD和SEM分别对烧结后样品芯部进行相成分和微观结构的分析。采用PPMS测试样品的磁滞回线并由Bean模型计算出线材的临界电流密度, 在10K,0T和5K,3.5T下Jc值分别为5.87×10SA/cm2 和1.06×105A/cm2。
