Abstract：
根据目前各高校《模拟电子技术》教与学的现状,提出影响教学质量的四要素:教师、学生、教学内容以及教学方法和手段,其中最关键的因素就是教师。教师应该不断提高自身业务水平,以学生为本,将先进的教学内容与现代教学方法融合,提高教学质量。
