Abstract:
基于膜污染的基本原理,以亲水性材料聚醚砜为支撑膜,以哌嗪与对苯二甲酰氯为单体,采用界面聚合手段,在支撑膜表面形成一层极薄的聚哌嗪酰胺亲水分离层.讨论了超滤膜的成膜机理与分离性能,进行膜性能评价和膜耐污染性实验,并对实验中各物质的作用进行了分析.研究结果表明以聚醚砜为支撑层,以哌嗪与对苯二甲酰氯为单体,采用界面聚合法,十二烷基硫酸钠浓度在0.1%,碳酸钠浓度在0.4%,单体浓度比在1:2~1:3可提高复合膜的分离性能,达到耐污染目的.
