Abstract：
利用高功率三倍频紫外激光选区烧结技术进行了激光微成形试验。通过大量的工艺试验和对激光选区烧结微成形过程中影响因素的分析,探讨了激光选区烧结微成形工艺参数对激光扫描金属粉末的烧结残宽和烧结深度的影响,并最终成形了三维微小的金属实体。
