Abstract：
本研究利用透射扫描电子显微镜的高角环形暗场技术(HAADF- STEM)与高分辨透射电子显微技术(HREM)相结合这一综合性新手段,研究了 Al-Pd-Mn和Al-Ni-Rh合金系中复杂合金相结构中纳米原子团的排列特征,直接揭示了复杂合金相中与原子团的形成和排列相关的新型线／面缺陷的结构特征。
