Abstract:
为了研究纳米HA对预防龋病的作用,针对口腔微生态环境,检测纳米HA的生化效应。采用干燥态和烧结态的HA纳米粒子进行吸附唾液蛋白、吸附葡聚糖、变形链球菌黏附实验。试验检测结果表明:不同形态的HA溶液对唾液蛋白、葡聚糖均有吸附,吸附率分别为32.74%、97.38%;纳米HA对变形链球菌具有抗黏附和解黏附双重作用。
