Abstract:

AC PMIG是在现代电力半导体交流技术及其控制技术的基础上,研究发展的焊接工艺。AC PMIG 焊接电弧EP极性电流有利于熔滴过渡,促进焊缝熔深增加;电弧EN极性电流不利于熔滴过渡,有利于焊丝熔化,促进焊缝熔深减小。AC PMIG弧焊电源主电路由一次逆变电路和二次逆变电路构成,弧焊电源控制系统由内环电流闭环控制系统和外环80C196KC单片机控制系统构成。AC PMIG焊接过程以电弧EP极性脉冲电流控制熔滴过渡,动态调节交流脉冲频率控制弧长稳定,控制焊接电流及变换电弧极性控制焊缝熔深。单片机控制系统反馈弧长信号,分析电弧状态,执行相应的控制规则输出电流目标信号及电弧极性控制信号,计算交流脉冲...
