Abstract:
采用双层辉光离子渗金属及渗碳等后续热处理,制备了含钛表面冶金高速钢摩擦磨损试样,并对其进行了无润滑的滑动摩擦磨损试验。结果表明,含钛表面冶金高速钢在无润滑的滑动摩擦磨损条件下,摩擦表面主要表现为轻微的擦痕和粘着磨损;磨损量随着含钛量的提高显著降低,耐磨性明显增强。硬度越高,其耐磨性越好;磨损量随实验载荷的增大而增加,且近似成正比关系;对比试验表明,含钛1.8%表面冶金高速钢的耐磨性优于6-5-4-2高速钢。
