Abstract：
着重分析了经济发展的周期性因素、体制性因素、政策性因素、国际性因素对我国宏观经济的影响，并对今后的宏观经济政策进行了展望：政府仍应当坚持扩张的宏观经济政策，充分运用积极的财政政策和货币政策，刺激需求，启动经济，同时，要注重财政政策和货币政策的配合，注重政策“度”的把握．
