Abstract：
对于一般SUR模型,根据Rao的协方差改进法提出了一种既能有效利用样本信息又具有简洁形式的两步估计,并在正态条件下获得了这种估计的有限样本精确协方差阵表达式,在不需要对设计矩阵附加任何条件下,证明了这种估计在一定条件下优于LS估计的小样本性质。
