Abstract：
针对单端正激电路，就保护与可靠性问题进行了研究。讨论了过电流和过电压保护措施，分析了空载、负载和短路状态下开关过程特点，并提出合理的控制措施和优化设计方法，起到切实的保护作用和改善器件的工作状态，提高可靠性。
