基于奇异高阶拉氏量系统的正则Ｎｏｅｔｈｅｒ定理和ｐｏｉｎｃａｒｅ－Ｃａｔａｎ积分不变量，给出一个三阶微商的反例，其中约束未作线性化，提出Ｄｉｒａｃ猜想是无效的．
