Abstract：
首次用双枪电子束ＴＥＢＷ焊接法对先进航空发动机、核反应堆内壁结构所使用的镍基高温合金，进行异种材料焊接对比试验；并采用小尺寸力学试验片技术，评价焊缝区（ＷＭ，ＨＡＺ，ＷＪ，ＢＭ）的力学性能；通过选择热处理条件，对比分析锻态７１８合金机械性能的变化规律、ＨＡＺ区产生“晶界液化”的不同敏感性及相关因素。
