Abstract：
分析了运动模糊图象的机理，并根据实际情况作出近似线性假设，进一步推导出运动模糊图象的频谱特征；针对二值运动模糊图象的特点，提出了投影极值法来提取运动参数───运动方向及运动幅度，并提出了进一步的改进思路以提高精度。
