本文利用FIA系统中四氯化碳、葡萄糖、氯化钠和盐酸溶液的Schlieren效应响应曲线，考察了扩散作用对溶液分散行为即对响应曲线形状、样品运行时间、保留时间及基线-基线峰宽的影响。通过分析表明，实验结果与理论是一致的
