Abstract:
本文采用激光Raman光谱与IR光谱对Cr:KTP-K_6(K_6P_4O_(13))、KTP-K_6高温溶液淬冷后的玻璃体进行了研究,指出由于掺质Cr_2O_3引入KTP-K_6溶液,使溶液中的焦磷酸根向正磷酸根转化,从而提高了溶液的溶解度。利用高温溶液缓慢降温法生长了光学质量的Cr:KTP晶体,研究了晶体生长形态。讨论了晶体的生长机制。
