Abstract：
选成年杂种狗行皮肤扩张术后,用图像分析系统对扩张完成后第1～3天的真皮组织进行计量分析、电镜观察其超微结构。实验结果:①扩张后1～3天,真皮厚度无明显改变。②扩张后第1、2天,顶部和中部真皮内成纤维细胞增多、增大,胞质中线粒体和粗面内质网丰富。③术后第1、2天,顶部和中部琥珀酸脱氢酶和胶原纤维明显增加,第3天下降。④扩张后第1、2天,顶部和中部,第3天中部和周缘弹性纤维下降。
