Abstract：
本文提出了白酒质量检测新方法——激光拉曼散射。测量了多种白酒的拉曼光谱,经过分析和比较,找到了鉴定白酒真伪的依据。从理论上推导出了酒的浓度与乙醇和水的拉曼散射强度比的关系,通过对实验数据的拟合确定出二锅头酒浓度表达式的具体形式。
