Abstract：
用改进的生产函数方法测算工业系统的技术进步,特别讨论了资本弹性和劳动弹性的取值方法。测算表明,近年来我国工业系统技术进步呈现着加速趋势:北京市工业系统的技术进步明显地高于全国的平均水平,这些结果符合直观的分析判定,是合理的。
