Abstract:

<正> ZnWO_4:Cr~(3+)晶体是在氧化气氛下采用提拉法生长的,晶体中的Cr~(3+)浓度约为0.1wt%。在室温下测量了 ZnWO_4:Cr~(3+)晶体的吸收光谱和荧光光谱。在 ZnWO_4晶体中,W~(6+)离子的极化效应产生了 Zn~(2+)格位的低晶场,Cr~(3+)离子替代 Zn~(2+)离子格位。与 BeAl_2O_4:Cr~(3+)晶体和 GSGG:Cr~(3+)晶体不同,由于 Cr~(3+)离子处于低晶场和低对称性格位,ZnWO_4:Cr~(3+)晶体
