Based　on　the　site　investigation　of　operation　of　wastewater　treatment　plants(WWTPs)　in　Beijing,　a　comprehensive　analysis　and　supervision　of　WWTPs　as　well　as　the　importance　of　regulatory　were　expounded.　The　related　measurements　and　the　establishment　of　a　set　of　evaluation　system　were　also　put　forward.　The　research　result　of　this　work　is　expected　to　serve　as　a　guidance　and　technical　support　for　relevant　government　departments　on　supervision　of　WWTPs　and　related　decision-making.
