Abstract：
本文通过实验,研究了提高40Cr 钢强度和韧性的问题,即进行两次淬火,第一次高温淬火能够增加位错亚结构,减少孪晶,消除未溶碳化物,减少偏析;第二次常规淬火,获得第一次淬火所得位错马氏体的遗传,细化了晶粒,从而提高了强度和韧性。
