Abstract：
＜正＞ 北京十三陵和八达岭是中国闻名的文化遗址和旅游胜地,随着国家建设和旅游业的飞速发展,原有从十三陵到八达岭的公路由于落差大、地形复杂,线路纵坡太大,有的曲率半径太小,路面又太窄,已完全不能适应交通发展的要求.于是决定新建十三陵至八达岭公路专线.
