A　based-Web　gene　expression　data　management　system　design　scheme　is　forward　in　this　paper.　In　the　system,　two　sets　of　database　named　SampleDataBase　and　GeneInformationDataBase　are　adopted,　the　methods　from　R　and　Bioconductor　to　analyses　gene　expression　data　are　utilized,　and　it　also　provides　a　unified　platform,　simples　the　operations　and　returns　visual　results.　In　addition,　querying　and　saving　the　result　in　the　analysis　procedure　are　available.
