Rise　time　is　considered　only　when　calibrating　a　pulse　waveform　(or　system),　because　of　the　diffilculty　of　technique,　but　the　other　one　main　parameter-overshoot　is　not　be　calibrated　Relationship　of　the　overshoot　between　pulse　waveform,　measurement　system　and　response　waveform　is　analyzed　fully　in　this　paper,　and　the　calibration　procedure　and　formula　for　overshoot　are　given.　It　is　important　that　the　method　can　estimate　overshoot　parameter　with　higher　precision　anti　without　the　bandwidth　restriction.　It　is　valuable　for　overshoot　calibration　in　practice.
